X EL BRYLLO - Miami

Following the tragic death of their record label owner due to street violence, the Baby Boys, as they called themselves, decided to leave Puerto Rico for a brief break to escape the stress and turmoil they were feeling on the island. During this time away, they regrouped to create a song with a powerful message: they understood why bad things were happening to them—it was because they were starting to shine. They expressed that their rising success was sparking jealousy, which they saw as toxic, leading to unwarranted violence and impulsive actions aimed at holding them back. Through their music, they aimed to address this negativity and the dangerous consequences of envy.
